Second year travel and tourism students enjoyed a special day of training at British Airways’ Global Training Academy at London Heathrow Airport in March 2017; earning them certificates in Safety Equipment and Procedures.

Activities during the day included learning how to put out an oven fire and utilise a smoke hood, as well as learning how to use the slide descent and slide raft.
