West Notts' winning dishes are fit for the troops

In May 2018, catering students at West Notts won first prize as part of an exciting inter-college Army contest at the Prince William of Gloucester Barracks in Grantham.

Students had the opportunity to test their catering skills by cooking up a three-course meal fit for troops in just 40 minutes – and won the first place trophy with a meal of spaghetti carbonara, battered pork with risotto and apple sponge and custard.
